The yurts at South Penquite Farm have been made by a local craftsman from timber grown on Bodmin Moor.

These vaulted tents have an intricate lattice for walls and steam bent roof poles to give them their distinctive shape

Adapted for our climate they are covered with sail-grade canvas and mounted on wooden platforms. There are four yurts available for holidays and short breaks at South Penquite sleeping between 2 to 5 people.

Hot showers and loos are free to use and there is a freezer for ice pack exchange.
